Rebekah Eggers Joins Hazen as Vice President
(LOS ANGELES, CA – March 11, 2026) - Hazen and Sawyer has announced the appointment of Rebekah Eggers as Vice President, Director of Data and Technology, based in Los Angeles, CA.
Rebekah has served as a high-impact solutions leader at the intersection of infrastructure, public sector, and emerging technology for more than two decades. Her previous experience in senior leadership at IBM includes roles as Global Water Leader and Global Client Engagement and Innovation Director for the Public Sector. She is passionate about translating emerging technologies into solutions that make everyday work easier for the teams who protect community resilience and accelerate economic development.
Her expertise lies in the tactical deployment of AI and sustainable technology to solve interdisciplinary challenges, leveraging deep experience in managing complex initiative design within results-focused environments. Known for building strong, purpose-driven cultures and investing in the next generation of leaders, Rebekah focuses on client engagement and innovation at the convergence of the physical and digital world.
As a strategic advisor, Rebekah mobilizes multidisciplinary teams and ecosystem partners to deliver measurable outcomes in resiliency, sustainability, and operational excellence. She is dedicated to advancing the discourse on how digital innovation and strategic AI adoption can fundamentally redefine global infrastructure reliability and energy security.
Rebekah earned her bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and an executive MBA from University of California Berkeley. She serves on the advisory board of AI:Liner (an asset management initiative designed to modernize Europe's sewer networks), as advisory board chairperson for DistribuTECH’s Smart Cities, and on the National Advisory Board of Leadership in Engineering for ACEC.
