Jeff is Hazen's Dam Safety Lead and Water Resources Infrastructure Coordinator. Over the course of his career, he has served as a technical lead specializing in high hazard dam design and rehabilitation, river and floodplain hydraulic analysis, culvert and bridge analysis, and levee rehabilitation. He has over 400 dam design/rehabilitation projects to his credit, along with over 100 dam breach analyses. In conjunction with his project experience, Jeff is well-versed in modeling dam failures and floodplains utilizing 1D and 2D models.
