He has managed conveyance, pump station, plant upgrades, and outfall projects from planning through construction for both public and private clients in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. He also has successfully completed numerous public-private award-winning projects involving planning, condition assessment, design, and regulatory compliance. |
