Carlyn Higgins, PhD, PE

Carlyn has experience in conceptual cost analysis of water treatment facilities, water treatment selection feasibility studies, and data management of existing facilities using programs such as Power BI. She served as a field operator in the Tampa Bay Water Desalination Pilot project, which involved operation of a dissolved air flotation (DAF) pilot, dual media filter (DMF) pilot, membrane filtration (MF) pilot, and a reverse osmosis (RO) pilot. She has been involved in additional field work and water quality sampling at the Tampa Bay Water Surface Water Plant and Tampa Bay Water South Hillsborough Feasibility study. Carlyn also has experience as the lead project engineer at the Plant City Potable Reuse Pilot.
