Matthew brings extensive experience across the disciplines of potable water treatment and distribution. This experience includes senior operational and management roles with large private utilities in southern England, where he held responsibility for the operation and maintenance of storage reservoirs, treatment assets, service reservoirs, and potable conveyance networks. His expertise spans incident and leakage management, water resources and production planning, data analytics, regulatory reporting, and asset management. Matthew has led large, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on exceeding regulatory performance commitments while maintaining safety and effectively balancing risk, compliance, and financial efficiency.
