Eileen combines her engineering experience and management education to lead engineering studies, designs, and construction projects by maintaining scope, schedule, and budget. She has been involved in water supply, treatment, and distribution, including design and construction of DAF treatment facilities, as well as regulatory compliance issues for local utilities. Eileen also serves as the firm's Philadelphia Office Manager.
