Vivi specializes in the design and optimization of wastewater and water treatment facilities, including whole-plant evaluations, process optimization, and technology evaluations. Her detailed knowledge of facility processes and components lends itself well to her expertise in developing Digital Resource Centers that aggregate and organize resources utility operators and managers rely on to make sound decisions. Vivi’s experience includes leading workshops that enable her clients to reach well-vetted decisions about how to provide stakeholders in their organizations access to relevant resources, allowing her to develop intuitive, user-friendly digital tools to meet those needs.
