Grace Johns, PhD

Grace is responsible for economic and financial studies for Hazen, including the monetization of benefits that reflect stakeholder willingness-to-pay for water and wastewater services. She is regarded as an expert in economic and financial feasibility evaluations related to water, wastewater, stormwater, agriculture, tourism, and land use. Grace has led valuation studies of natural resources, including the Indian River Lagoon on Florida's Gulf Coast and Biscayne Bay in Miami. She has also provided expert review of economic impact modeling tools for US government agencies.
