Dwayne has significant experience in the design and construction management of water and wastewater treatment facilities and is the Operations Manager of the Virginia Beach and Newport News offices. His experience includes management of multiple annual services contracts with over 100 task orders, including those for the City of Norfolk and HRSD. He is the Project Director for multiple annual services contracts in the Hampton Roads Region providing oversight of staffing, QA/QC, and detailed design assistance. He has provided construction management for the $35M upgrade to the Chesapeake-Elizabeth WWTP and for the $40.5M Nansemond Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 1 Nutrient Reduction Improvements. |
