Bill is a nationally respected water supply and treatment expert, and he has consulted for some of the largest utilities in the country on a variety of water quality and treatment process issues. In addition to his duties at Hazen, Bill was previously an adjunct professor at Columbia University in New York City, and is currently a Scholar in Residence and Co-Director of the Water Reuse Program at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Bill serves as a technical peer reviewer for AWWA and the International Water Association, and has served on several project advisory committees for the Water Research Foundation. He has authored more than 200 technical presentation and publications and has directed several Water Research Foundation projects. |
