Join Hazen Experts at WateReuse CA 2025
(LOS ANGELES, CA – September 17, 2025) - Hazen experts will present five technical sessions and moderate a panel at the 2025 California WateReuse Conference, to be held September 21-23 in San Diego, CA.
Hazen’s Nathan Boyle is moderating a panel titled “Running it to Ground: Insights from Groundwater Augmentation Projects” on September 23rd. The panel will discuss the realities of groundwater augmentation with recycled water in California, including firsthand insights into water quality, environmental challenges, and production hurdles. Panelists will dive into critical questions to consider like:
- What are the most important water quality stabilization parameters/indices for groundwater spreading or injection?
- How do you plan to monitor long term water quality and water resource flows long term in aquifer recharge projects?
Panelists include representatives from several California utilities, including Ventura WaterPure, Palmdale Water District, West Basin Municipal Water District, and Orange County Water District.
