Matthew leads Hazen’s Stormwater Group and offers national expertise in the full lifecycle of stormwater control design, implementation, maintenance, and performance monitoring. He has played a key role in a wide array of stormwater efforts, including innovative green infrastructure initiatives in major US cities. Matthew's efforts include developing solutions to address CSO reduction, water quality improvement, drainage relief, and climate resiliency.
