Frank manages Hazen’s Boston, Massachusetts and Manchester, New Hampshire offices. He has vast experience in the planning, design, construction, and startup of water and wastewater treatment facilities, collection and distribution systems, and pumping stations. Frank has served as project director and project manager for numerous, major New England projects and is a licensed PE in four states.
