Scott is a technical leader specializing in the planning, design, and optimization of conventional and advanced treatment processes. He works within drinking water and water reuse to address utility needs in integrated water planning and treatment process enhancement and plant efficiency, including jar testing, pilot testing, and full-scale process design. Scott is certified in Sustainable Water Infrastructure Asset Management Fundamentals.
