Rob has decades of experience managing the design and construction of flood mitigation and resilience projects, as well as land development, sanitary wastewater and stormwater management, and hazardous waste remediation projects. A skilled program manager, he has managed personnel, resources, schedules, and budgets for construction management and resilience programs throughout New York State, including design-build projects.
