Trish has extensive experience providing engineering services to municipalities throughout New England, including asset management, master planning, lead and copper compliance, and capital improvements. She served as Program Manager for the Service Line Inventory, Sampling Plan, and Replacement Plans Project for New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES), compiling service line data for more than 200 community water systems. The comprehensive program included the development of a program website as a central location for communities to upload inventory records, access application for identification, and view training and communication materials.
