Jonathan Quebbeman PhD, PE, PH
Associate Vice President
Jonathan is an expert in water resources management, integrated systems, and data-driven decision-making. His experience extends across water treatment systems, civil design and stormwater, hydropower operations and management, and dam safety with probabilistic risk-based methods. His graduate research considered ecohydrologic influence to water supplies in a changing climate, including multiple system optimization methods. Jonathan has worked extensively in risk analyses, including extreme flooding, synthetic weather generation, and drought analysis. He has also developed international programs for hydrologic forecasting systems, integrated water resources management and planning, and dam risk analyses from screening-level to full quantitative studies.
