Jim has decades of experience in civil and environmental engineering for both the private and public sectors. A long-serving member of both WEF and NEWEA, he is widely recognized for his technical expertise, mentorship, and dedication to advancing infrastructure, operator training, and inclusive leadership in the water sector. In a previous role at Framingham’s Department of Public Works, Jim led a team of 65 staff members, overseeing operations and capital improvements for the city’s water distribution and wastewater collections systems.
