Jamie serves as Hazen’s Midwest Utility Management Solutions lead. He specializes in implementing asset management (AM) best practices, strategies and tools for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, including risked-based decision models, prioritization of capital and operational expenditure, and effectively utilizing software solutions. He is experienced in facilitating workshops to document business practices and streamline workflows, utility benchmarking, risk assessments, AM framework and roadmap development, and department-wide strategic plans. Jamie has also helped to select, implement and configure digital solutions and tools to assist utilities meet their asset management and strategic goals.
