Jack has decades of consulting experience in water demand analysis and forecasting, integrated water resources planning, risk and uncertainty analysis, applied economics, and econometrics. He is a nationally recognized expert in issues related to water demand management and planning, particularly in the areas of modeling, forecasting, and conservation program evaluation. Jack has served as principal investigator on multiple water demand-related studies for the Water Research Foundation, including projects concerning climate change, the role of the economy, residential end uses, and information needs and procedures for forecasting water use for the purposes of long-term infrastructure and water resources planning.
