Todd Johnson, PE, DBIA
Associate Vice President

Todd specializes in the design and construction administration of water and wastewater treatment plants and hydraulic modeling of treatment plants and force mains. He leads Hazen and Sawyer’s Alternative Project Delivery committee. Todd also serves on the Design Build Institute of America’s Water and Wastewater Market Committee. In this role, he assists Owners including Nashville Metro Water, Coachella Valley Water District, and Fairfax County Department of Public Works with the procurement of the Construction Manager at Risk contractors for their projects. Todd has been involved with projects delivered by a collaborative delivery method totaling over $500M worth of construction.
