Associate Vice President
Rion is an environmental engineering consultant with extensive experience in both the water and wastewater sectors. He began his career focusing on wastewater process engineering and has led pilot studies, master planning, and numerous projects involving detailed design. At Hazen, Rion is the West Region Wastewater Lead, with significant experience in technical solutions and team leadership for utilities throughout the State of California. He is an expert in master planning for nutrient and resource recovery, developing long-term plans for municipalities across California, including Napa, Antioch, and Oakland.
