Norm is an Associate Vice President in our Los Angeles office who has focused his career on delivering large water infrastructure design projects. During his recent tenure in the New York office, he served as project manager through the design phase for the Gowanus CSO tanks for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection; this is a 20-year, $1.1 billion generational upgrade to capture stormwater in Brooklyn. Norm has also managed New York City's BNR program, providing Owner’s Agent support for the city's adaptation from secondary treatment in order to meet stringent nutrient discharge limits at eight wastewater resource recovery facilities. |
