Jon serves as Hazen's Operations Manager for our offices in Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky. He has experience in both private sector consulting and public sector utility engineering and management. In his role as a utility manager, he has managed, designed, and operated public water/wastewater systems including staff planning, capital planning and budgeting, and rate and policy making.
