Pat specializes in the planning, design, construction management, and operation of municipal water and wastewater treatment and related distribution and conveyance facilities. As the Operations Manager for the Atlanta, Georgia office, he is responsible for all local projects and ensures that the proper resources are assigned to each. His responsibilities have included client and project management, master planning, process mechanical design, hydraulic analysis, asset management, and engineering services during construction.
