Tony's experience includes conducting preliminary design, detailed design, and construction management for both new construction and rehabilitation/upgrades for treatment plants, pump stations, and associated systems of various sizes. Tony is recognized as an expert in both MBR and construction management. He serves as Hazen’s Group Leader for the Construction Management and Program Management Group. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill). Tony is a licensed PE in eight states and two provinces and is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), an NC licensed operator (Grade 2 OIT) and a DBIA Associate.
