William J. Raseman, PhD, PE
Principal Engineer
Billy specializes in the application and development of digital solutions for water and wastewater utilities. He uses his unique skillset across database, IT, engineering, and operations functions to facilitate the development process to ensure clients obtain a digital solution aligned with their needs. Billy has served as adjunct faculty at University of Colorado Boulder, is the chair of the Rising Smart Water Professionals board for SWAN, and regularly contributes to Water Research Foundation projects. He is also the recipient of the Smart Water Networks Forum (SWAN) Outstanding Leadership Award in recognition of his mentorship initiatives to educate young engineers.
