Enrique has led major wastewater treatment, master planning, piloting, and design projects throughout Florida. He has also worked with several Southeast Florida utilities to determine the most cost-effective ways to meet the state's Ocean Outfall Legislation requirement, including the City of Hollywood, Cooper City, Broward County and Miami Dade County.
