Ben serves as Hazen's West Conveyance Practice Lead and also heads all operations in the Sacramento, California office. He is experienced in the planning, design, and construction of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on large diameter (up to 144-inch) water conveyance; and has successfully delivered projects for many public agencies throughout California, Utah, and Colorado. |
