Aaron is Hazen's Corporate Program Management Group Leader. He is an expert in all aspects of utility management, including capital improvement programs, strategic planning, operational optimization, asset management, and utility billing. Prior to Hazen, Aaron managed the capital improvement program for a large, rapidly growing water and wastewater utility for nearly two decades. He has extensive experience in capital program project delivery, completing more than 500 water and wastewater projects valued at more than $1 billion over the course of his career.
