Join Hazen Experts at WEFTEC 2025

(RALEIGH, NC – September 19, 2025) - Hazen experts will conduct more than 30 moderated panels, technical sessions, and technology spotlights at WEFTEC 2025, being held September 27 - October 1, 2025 in Chicago, IL.

Our presentations will delve into innovative strategies and tools for a variety of water quality topics, from advanced treatment strategies, to navigating PFAS and microplastics in biosolids, to sustainable infrastructure and treatment solutions. Moderated panels include speakers from utilities, engineering firms, and subject matter experts across the industry who will be discussing important themes like workforce retention, facility planning, design-build approaches, and community engagement.

Hazen will also be hosting a technology spotlight booth titled "Wastewater Fundamentals: Influent to Effluent" to educate those not familiar with the intricacies of the wastewater treatment process.

In addition, Hazen's Kati Bell and Jim Barsanti have been named as 2025 WEF Fellows for their professional achievement and contributions in preserving the water environment. They will be recognized at the Presidential Celebration Ceremony on September 29th.
