Haley Noteboom
Assistant Engineer
Haley Noteboom is a member of Hazen’s Wastewater Process Group, supporting research and development related to wastewater and reuse. She designs and optimizes resource recovery facilities and advanced wastewater treatment plants. Haley is very active in the Hazen Research Lab at Manhattan College, where she provides unique testing capabilities, including sludge characterization, biomass activity testing, feedstock characterization, adsorption column testing, and other benchtop analyses.
