BIM Modeling

Scott Hakonson

Measure twice, cut once. For large-scale infrastructure, it's even more critical to get as much information as you can before the first shovel breaks ground.

Shaping the Future of Infrastructure

Building Information Modeling (BIM) helps our clients explore design alternatives and coordinate complex construction activities, ensuring the facility will be created – and function – as planned. Facility staff can walk through the building, check operations, and simulate repairs while the facility is still just a concept, allowing stakeholder input to be incorporated at every phase of the design.

Once construction is complete, BIM can help with asset management, creating real-time visualizations of the expected remaining life of all facility assets, and enabling informed decisions about repairs and replacements.

Our Work

Our designers have the opportunity to build and bolster the water and wastewater infrastructure in their communities, protecting public health and the environment for decades to come.
