Troy is the Operations Manager of our Columbia, SC office. He specializes in the design, permitting, and construction of water and wastewater pipeline projects and pump stations. Troy is well versed in both traditional construction methods as well as trenchless technologies. He also has significant modeling, master planning, asset management, and rehabilitation experience.
