Vice President
Todd leads Hazen’s Alternative Project Delivery Group, which serves as a resource for teams across the firm for best practices in design-build or other collaborative delivery methods. He specializes in the design and construction administration of water and wastewater treatment plants and hydraulic modeling of treatment plants and force mains. Todd also serves on the Design Build Institute of America’s Water and Wastewater Market Committee, assisting owners with the procurement of CMAR contractors for their projects.
