Tim Devine, PE
Senior Associate
Tim is Hazen’s Economic and Financial Services Group Leader and an expert in water and wastewater utility financial analysis. Prior to joining Hazen, Tim served as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army, and he currently serves as a Veteran Initiative Liaison for the American Water Works Association. With Hazen, Tim has performed project funding analyses and provided technical assistance enabling municipal clients to obtain over $950 million in favorable financing for capital improvements projects. He has extensive experience in the integration of financial, engineering, environmental, and social impacts into holistic business case alternatives analyses designed to help clients succeed in a rapidly changing market.
