Vice President

Tom is a Vice President and Hazen's South Central Regional Manager. For more than three decades with Hazen, he has served as Project Director for some of our largest clients and largest projects. Tom is also the former Drinking Water Practice Group Lead for the Mid-Atlantic region and an expert in water supply, treatment, and conveyance. He is a visionary planner with deep understanding of the water resources in the South Central region, adept at helping Hazen clients throughout the region make plans and develop options to meet anticipated growth.
