Scott is the Operations Manager for the Hazen offices in Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee. He has significant experience planning, designing, and overseeing construction of water and wastewater facility projects. His experience has primarily focused on wastewater collection and treatment facilities, including regulatory coordination and compliance services. Scott regularly serves as project principal or project manager for many ongoing projects.
