Senior Principal Engineer
Razhan is a registered professional civil engineer who is well-versed in the design and management of multidisciplinary water, wastewater, and reclaimed water projects, both domestic and international. His previous project experience ranges from groundwater wells and treatment facility upgrades and expansions, to master planning and system evaluations, construction, and project management. At Hazen, Razhan is the design manager for the reactivation of the Kyrene Water Reclamation Facility in Tempe and has developed master plans for municipalities throughout Arizona.
