In her time at Hazen, Olivia Flynn has served as Project Manager or Project Director for master plans, capital improvement projects, and multi-jurisdictional regional facilities across the Mid-Atlantic. She specializes in master planning, capital planning, asset management, stakeholder engagements, regionalization, and alternatives analysis. Olivia is also actively engaged in the SC AWWA and the Water Environment Association of SC and served as President of WEASC from 2021-2022.
