Olivia is experienced in project management, planning, permitting, design, and modeling of water-related engineering projects. These projects have included collection and distribution, pumping, and treatment facilities for water and wastewater systems; stormwater drainage and pollution prevention plans; and various civil site projects. In her early career, she received the South Carolina American Water Works Association 2013 Young Professional of the Year award. |
