Neepa is the South Central Regional Lead for conveyance and asset management. She is knowledgeable in master planning, modeling, condition and risk assessment, pipeline design, and sanitary sewer evaluation studies. Her expertise encompasses running CMOM programs and selecting rehabilitation methods. Neepa delivers asset management programs from roadmap development to CIP prioritization.
