Matt is the Operations Manager for Hazen’s Silver Spring, Maryland office. He specializes in the hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of riverine and stormwater systems. Matt guides clients by using hydrologic and hydraulic models to understand flooding conditions and infrastructure capacity, as well as how to address failing infrastructure.
