Kurt is the Operations Manager for the Lexington, KY office. He has more than two decades of experience in planning, evaluation, analysis, and design of wastewater projects including wastewater collector sewers, interceptor sewers, sanitary pump stations and treatment plants. Kurt has also assisted in administering over $100M in Federal and State funds for flood and sanitary projects.
