Jack is a nationally recognized expert in issues related to water demand management and planning, particularly in the areas of modeling, forecasting, and conservation program evaluation. He has served as principal investigator on multiple water demand-related studies for the Water Research Foundation, including projects concerning climate change, the economy, residential end uses, and information needs/procedures for forecasting water use.
