Gaya is a professional engineer with significant experience in applied research, commissioning and operating pilot-scale water and wastewater treatment technologies, and leading full-scale field process optimization efforts. Over the course of her career, Gaya has led operations and maintenance staff to develop capital projects, optimize existing processes, investigate new technologies, and perform research on a wide variety of advanced and innovative wastewater treatment, biosolids, water reuse and resource recovery projects.
