Fred is the Operations Manager for Hazen’s Orlando, Florida office. His career includes the planning, permitting, design, and construction management of municipal projects, resulting in over $500 million in capital improvements. His work includes delivery of all manner of water facilities. Fred holds an ME and a BS in Environmental Engineering, both from the University of Florida.
