David serves as the Operations Manager for the Knoxville, TN office. He has more than a decade of professional engineering and consulting experience in planning, construction administration, and operations support for municipal, water, and wastewater clients. A registered professional engineer in Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee, David has managed various municipal projects including wastewater treatment and conveyance systems, water treatment and distribution systems, drying and dewatering facilities, and pipeline rehabilitation. David is also the Residuals and Biosolids Practice Group Leader for the Midwest Region.
