David Laliberte
Associate Vice President
David is a technical specialist in the areas of advanced water treatment facilities and well supply systems. He has planned, built, and operated pilot and full-scale facilities for processes including reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and membrane softening. His experience includes design, technical management, construction administration, and operator training. David has also published/presented papers on leachate and advanced drinking water treatments.
