He specializes in the design of electrical power distribution systems for water and wastewater treatment and pumping facilities, and evaluation of existing electrical systems at operating facilities. David's vast experience includes low and medium voltage power distribution, lighting, motor controls, fire alarm systems, access control systems, closed-circuit television systems, and variable frequency drives. He is proficient in computer analysis and design of electrical power systems using SKM Power Tools.
